What does Shopnesie sell?

What format are your products delivered in?

Our products are delivered as instant digital downloads, typically in PDF, Canva template links, or ZIP files containing multiple file types. Each product listing specifies the exact file format included.

Do I need a Canva account to use your templates?

Many Shopnesie templates are Canva-editable and require a free Canva account to customize. A free Canva account works for most templates — Canva Pro is only required for advanced features. Each product listing specifies whether Canva is needed.

Can I edit the templates after purchase?

Orders & Delivery

How do I receive my purchase?

Immediately after checkout, you'll receive an email with download links for your files. You can also log into your Shopnesie customer account anytime to re-download your purchases.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery is instant. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your download links are sent to your email and made available in your customer account. There is no shipping wait time.

Do you ship physical products?

No — Shopnesie sells digital products only. Every product is delivered as an instant download immediately after checkout, worldwide, with no shipping, no customs, and no wait time.

I lost my download — can I get it again?

Yes. Log into your customer account at shopnesie.com to re-download any previous purchase. If you checked out as a guest or need assistance, email info@nesycollection.com with your order number.

Licensing & Usage

Can I use these templates for my business?

Yes. Shopnesie products come with a personal commercial use license. You can use the templates, workbooks, and prompts in your own business operations, with your clients, and in your marketing.

Can I resell the products I purchase?

No. Shopnesie digital products are licensed for personal and commercial use within your own business only. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or claim ownership of the original files. For reseller or wholesale licensing inquiries, email info@nesycollection.com.

Can I sell what I create using your AI prompts?

Yes. The output you generate using Shopnesie AI prompt workbooks — books, coloring pages, designs, content — belongs to you and can be sold. The prompt workbook itself may not be resold, but anything you create with the prompts is yours to monetize.

Payment & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Diners Club, iDEAL, and Bancontact. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant secure checkout. Shopnesie never sees or stores your payment information. Additional fraud protection is active through FraudLabs Pro.

Returns & Refunds

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. Because Shopnesie products are instant digital downloads, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. We strongly encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully and ask any questions before purchasing by emailing info@nesycollection.com.

What if my download isn't working?

Email nesycollection@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We respond to download issues within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.

Do you offer discount codes?
