All Sales Are Final
Shopnesie sells digital products that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because of the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The product is delivered immediately as a digital download
- You have read the product description and understand what is included
- You will not receive a refund, return, exchange, or store credit for any reason
Please Ask Questions Before You Purchase
We strongly encourage every customer to review the product description, preview images, file format details, and licensing terms carefully before completing checkout. If you are unsure whether a product meets your needs, please contact us before purchasing at info@nesycollection.com. We are happy to answer any questions about file formats, contents, licensing, or compatibility.
Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading your purchase, email nesycollection@gmail.com within 7 days of your order date with your order number and a description of the issue. We will resolve download issues at no additional cost. Technical support does not include refunds — only assistance accessing the files you have already purchased.
Duplicate or Accidental Purchases
If you accidentally purchased the same product twice within 24 hours and have not downloaded the duplicate file, email info@nesycollection.com immediately. Duplicate-order resolutions are reviewed case-by-case and are not guaranteed.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a successfully delivered digital product is considered a violation of these terms. We retain the right to pursue collection and to permanently block accounts that file fraudulent chargebacks.
