Shopnesie sells digital products exclusively. We do not ship physical items. All products are delivered as instant digital downloads immediately after purchase.
How Delivery Works
Once your payment is confirmed at checkout:
- A confirmation email is sent to the email address you provided at checkout
- The email contains download links for your purchased files
- Your purchase is also accessible anytime through your Shopnesie customer account at shopnesie.com
Delivery is instant. There is no shipping wait time, no customs, no tracking number, and no shipping fees — regardless of your country.
International Customers
Because our products are digital, they are available to customers worldwide. There are no international shipping fees, no import duties, no customs delays, and no geographic restrictions on purchase or delivery.
Email Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your download email within a few minutes of purchase, please:
- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folders
- Verify that the email address you entered at checkout is correct
- Log into your Shopnesie customer account to access your downloads directly
- If you still cannot locate your files, email nesycollection@gmail.com with your order number
We respond to delivery-related inquiries within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
File Compatibility
Our digital files are delivered in standard formats including PDF, Canva template links, and ZIP archives. To access your files, ensure you have:
- A current web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge)
- A PDF reader (Adobe Acrobat Reader or equivalent — free)
- A free Canva account if your purchase includes Canva templates
- Sufficient storage space for ZIP file downloads
